Worked in a team to design, develop and maintain PPG's corporate Intranet for an
initial potential audience of 10,000 out of the company's 32,000+ employees.
Responsible for the administration of a NT domain as well as the management of
two dedicated NT 4.0 servers. Provided dynamic content by integrating PPGÆs
Intranet with SQL Server databases and ODBC data sources. Developed Perl program
to track external link usage from the Intranet which was not covered in the
standard log files.

Hotline Consultant (May 1994 - August 1996)
Communicated via telephone and electronic mail with users of the PSC
research computers to assist them with their problems and questions. Worked in groups with other hotline consultants to solve more advanced user problems. Knowledge and support of numerous supercomputers including Cray T3D, C90 and YMP/EL supercomputers, DEC Alpha Cluster, and a Digital VAX 6000-620 as well as knowledge of TCP/IP network troubleshooting, multiple compilers, and batch job submission.
